French Style Potato Salad


2 (15 oz.) cans

Sliced Potatoes, drained

1 (14.5 oz.) can

French Style Green Beans, drained and rinsed

0.33 cup

nicoise or black olives, roughly chopped

1 tbsp.

cider vinegar

1 tbsp.

lemon juice

1 tbsp.

olive oil

1 tbsp.

Dijon mustard

0.25 tbsp.


2 tbsp.

fresh parsley, chopped

1 clove

garlic, minced

pepper to taste


Original Recipe Makes 6 Servings

Gently combine potatoes, beans and olives in a serving bowl.

Combine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and salt in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. Stir in parsley and garlic; season to taste with black pepper. Pour over potato mixture and toss to combine. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator until serving.
