Creamed Peas & Mushrooms


1 (8.5 oz.)

can Sweet Peas, undrained

0.25 cup

sour cream

0.25 tsp.

instant chicken flavored bouillon

0.25 tsp.

lemon juice

0.125 tsp.


0.25 tsp.

dill weed

1 (4 oz.)

can sliced mushrooms


Original Recipe Makes 2 Servings

Mix sour cream and bouillon in small saucepan; let stand for 5 minutes to dissolve bouillon. Add lemon juice, pepper, and dill weed; mix well. Heat on low to blend flavors; do not boil. Place peas and mushrooms in small bowl and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Drain and add to sauce.
