Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

1 (14.75 oz.) can

Cream Style Sweet Corn

baking potatoes

0.5 tsp.

salt

0.25 tsp.

pepper

0.5 cup

cooked ham, finely diced

0.5 cup

cheddar cheese

Directions

Original Recipe Makes 6 Servings

Preheat oven to 400oF. Bake potatoes for 1 hour, or until tender. Cut tops from potatoes. Scoop out centers of potatoes; mash with corn, salt, and pepper. Stir in ham and spoon mixture into potato shells. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
