Asparagus & Mushroom Salad


1 (8 oz.) can

Asparagus Cut Spears, drained

0.25 cup

frozen Mushrooms, thawed

0.5 tsp.

lemon juice

0.25 cup

Italian dressing

1 tbsp.

sliced almonds


Original Recipe Makes 2 Servings

Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix well. May be served warm or cold. Microwave 1 - 2 minutes or refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
