- 1 (14.75 oz.) can Cream Style Sweet Corn
- 2 cups frozen Broccoli, thawed and chopped into small pieces
- 0.25 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 0.5 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. onion, chopped
- 0.5 cup celery, chopped
- 0.75 tsp. salt
- 0.125 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350oF. Mix corn, broccoli, 1/2 of the corn flake crumbs, egg, 2 tbsp. of butter, onion, celery, salt, and pepper. Place in lightly greased casserole dish. In small mixing bowl, combine remaining corn flakes and butter; toss well. Sprinkle over corn mixture. Bake for one hour.
