Corn & Broccoli Casserole
1 (14.75 oz.) can
Cream Style Sweet Corn
frozen Broccoli, thawed and chopped into small pieces
Panko bread crumbs
Original Recipe Makes 6 Servings
Preheat oven to 350oF. Mix corn, broccoli, 1/2 of the corn flake crumbs, egg, 2 tbsp. of butter, onion, celery, salt, and pepper. Place in lightly greased casserole dish. In small mixing bowl, combine remaining corn flakes and butter; toss well. Sprinkle over corn mixture. Bake for one hour.
