Vegetable Soup


1 (14.5 oz.) can

No Salt French Style Green Beans, drained

1 (15 oz.) can

No Salt Whole Kernel Corn, drained

1 (46 oz.) can

tomato juice

3 cups

cabbage, chopped

3 cups

celery, chopped

3 cubes

beef bouillon

2 tbsp.

onion, diced

1 (4 oz.) can

stems & pieces mushrooms, drained

salt & pepper to taste


Original Recipe Makes 6 Servings

In a large saucepan combine tomato juice, cabbage, celery, bouillon cubes and onion. Over medium heat, cook for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Add mushrooms, beans, corn, salt, and pepper; cook until heated thoroughly.
