Seneca Foods Corporation Employees' Savings Plan – 401(k)
A 401(k) plan is a savings plan by which eligible employees can save for their retirement by contributing pretax dollars from their pay directly into their 401(k) plan accounts. Seneca's 401(k) plan also has a discretionary company match, which means that, each year, the company is able to add to your 401(k) account, based on your own contributions to the Plan.

Seneca also sponsors a defined benefit pension plan for eligible employees. A defined benefit pension plan is a retirement plan that is 100% paid for by the company. Eligibility for and participation in the pension plan are typically based on hours and years of service with the company.
